About this document
This page explains the rules and practices that apply when you use WupHub. Read the sections relevant to your use of the platform and contact us if anything needs clarification.
Purpose
This policy protects customers, recipients, connected platforms and WupHub from abusive or unlawful activity. It applies to every account, workspace, campaign, automation, integration and connected channel.
Prohibited messaging practices
You may not use WupHub to:
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam or messages to purchased, rented, scraped or harvested contact lists.
- Ignore opt-outs, suppression lists, quiet hours or channel-specific consent requirements.
- Mislead recipients about the sender, purpose, price or conditions of an offer.
- Artificially generate engagement, replies, clicks, delivery events or platform activity.
- Evade platform review, rate limits, enforcement or messaging windows.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use WupHub for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, hateful or exploitative activity. This includes phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, trafficking, unlawful gambling, illegal goods or content that violates intellectual property or privacy rights.
Security and platform integrity
You may not probe, scan or test WupHub without written permission; bypass access controls; access another workspace; introduce malicious code; reverse engineer restricted portions of the service; overload infrastructure; or use unofficial methods intended to impersonate or circumvent a connected platform.
Do not share credentials or channel tokens outside the people and systems that legitimately need them.
Sensitive and regulated data
Do not use WupHub to process highly sensitive or regulated information unless your agreement, workspace configuration and applicable law expressly permit it. You are responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for your industry and data.
Monitoring and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and review relevant account, technical and delivery information. Depending on severity, we may warn you, limit sending, disable an integration, suspend a workspace, preserve evidence, terminate access or report activity where legally required.
If you believe WupHub is being abused, email support@wuphub.com with enough information for us to investigate.
